Information regarding the processing of personal data.
Plásticos IPA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as IPA S.A.), legal person with NIPC 500435715 and headquartered in the Zona Industrial de Porto de Mós Lote 1B 2480-407 Porto de Mós, is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data, for purposes referred to in this Privacy Policy.
IPA S.A. undertakes to process the personal data collected in accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, their free movement and other legislation in force in this matter.
IPA S.A. is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data that is collected within the scope of the user's activity on the company page or resulting from a face-to-face, telephone, email or postal contact. IPA S.A. can be contacted by the user by postal mail (to be sent to the address mentioned above as head office) or by electronic mail (geral@plasticosipa.com), if you wish to exercise your rights in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
By providing personal data to IPA S.A. under the terms described in the privacy policy, the user is giving this entity their consent to use this information for the following purposes:
- Information or marketing actions;
- Campaigns, promotions, updating price lists, advertising and news about products and / or services;
- Execution of market studies and evaluation surveys;
- Defining a profile with a view to developing personalization mechanisms;
- Invitations to events.
The personal data provided by the user will also be used in compliance with the Terms of Use and applicable law:
- Assignment to the data protection officer;
- In order to comply with court orders, administrative requests or requests for information submitted by any public authority, with its own powers or delegates,
- To exercise a right of IPA S.A. in relation to the user, namely, for the collection of credits;
- Assignment to representatives and advisors of IPA S.A. as lawyers, solicitors and / or accountants.
IPA S.A. does not automatically collect data. All data is provided voluntarily by the user (namely by filling in the online contact form).
Personal data is subject to lawful, fair and transparent treatment in relation to the user. The processing of data is carried out in order to guarantee the security of personal data, including protection against illegitimate access, appropriation, tampering and / or unauthorized disclosure, and IPA S.A. adopts the necessary measures for this purpose.
According to the current legislation on data protection, holders of personal data are entitled to:
- Request access to the information we maintain about them;
- Oppose the treatment of your personal data provided for marketing purposes or profiling;
- Correct your personal data when they are inaccurate;
- Request to limit the treatment or permanently forget your personal data;
- Request the portability of your data and receive a copy of the data that is processed;
If the personal data provided relate to a spontaneous application, IPA S.A. will keep that information on file for 1 year. At the end of this period, IPA S.A. will delete the personal data provided. After this period, candidates must submit a new curriculum if they intend to remain part of our database for the purpose of recruiting staff. The recruitment process does not involve making automatic decisions or defining profiles. The candidate can withdraw his consent at any time or request rectification of his personal data.
Personal data are kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are meant to and taking into account legal criteria, necessity and minimization of the conservation time, being that, by default, the data storage remains as long as the user do not exercise his right to be forgotten, as long as the purposes of your treatment are maintained. As a legal requirement, we may retain data for up to 10 years.
In accordance with the legislation in force, we are committed to keeping the collected data safe, subjecting our system and security policies to periodic analysis in order to reduce the risk and guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, namely through implementation of technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the data collected against accidental destruction, loss or modification, as well as against unauthorized access.
In accordance with the legislation in force, we are committed to keeping the collected data safe, subjecting our system and security policies to periodic analysis in order to reduce the risk and guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, namely through implementation of technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the data collected against accidental destruction, loss or modification, as well as against unauthorized access.
In case of loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access and misappropriation of personal data provided or transmitted to IPA S.A., the data holders and CNPD will be notified within the legal deadlines.
IPA S.A. may share personal data with Subcontractors that provide certain services related to personal data collected under the coverage of a subcontract. IPA S.A. can also share data with legal competence authorities.
The Plásticos IPA S.A. website uses cookies that serve to help determine the utility, interest and number of accesses, allowing for faster and more efficient navigation. Cookies do not identify the individual user, only the computer used. Since they are not used to collect personal information, the user can visit the page anonymously.
